Jose Gutierrez reports that the new computer lab (that we contributed to) was impressive, including 30 networked work stations. The rooms were neat and clean and the equipment was very nice. Vicky reported that the security on the computers is similar to here; the students can’t store anything on the computers (like a Chromebook), limiting the exposure to viruses and making the students responsible for their own work.
Jose worked with Frank Hinckfuss (Aqua Caliente) to make this all happen, including the wonderful meal afterwards.
